Diamondback BMX Legend Nik Ford interview with new sponsor - Trion:Z

Really stoked with how the interview reads. Please take a look;

Nik Ford wins first event back after ACL operation

First even back was always going to be a huge milestone. I rode the Redditch Summer BMX Jam on Saturday 28th August and the fact that I won the ledge jam was the "hollywood" ending I could only have wished for.

STOKED!

Remember Me - Nik Ford

Its been a while, a very long while since my last post.......

After finishing my hometown edit, things took a turn for the worst - This edit from Diamondback will help fill the gaps;

Please see below the press release for more info;

After a season of career highs in Australia in 2010, Diamondback team rider Nik Ford returned to the UK looking to build on his successes, only to be sidelined by a series of unfortunate events resulting in knee surgery and a lengthy period off his Diamondback BMX.

To help Nik focus on his recovery Diamondback gave him a camera and asked him to document the process.

The resulting edit 'Nik Ford, Remember Me?' features Nik talking about his crash and subsequent operation, including a rather frank and personal insight into the darker side of dealing with set-backs, intercut with footage from, to quote Nik, "the glory days."

This serves as testament to his drive and determination to once again get back on his bike and we at Diamondback are sure you will see him up to his array of unique tricks in no time.

Until then take a seat, click play and hear what the man himself has to say...

Nik Ford - Hometown BMX Edit

After returning to the UK from an amazing 2010 competing, traveling, making friends and filming in Australia I found myself back in my hometown for the start of 2011. I needed a focus to get me through the transition and decided to self film an edit in my hometown of Stratford upon Avon, while I worked out my next move in the game of life. So here it is - my hometown edit.

Nik Ford - Australia edit 2010

My time in Australia is coming to an end and to help me remember all the good times I have complied some of my personal highlights into this short edit.

The footage is from in and around the Melbourne area and the West Coast.

I would like to thank everyone that I have had the pleasure of meeting, riding or chilling with for enriching my time in this amazing country and however brief the moments we shared, I will keep these memories with me for the rest of my days.

Thank you Australia. X
