This Sunday just gone me and the lads hooked up with Mr Matt Parker of Project 5 fame and hit the streets of Birmingham. It was an awesome day, even if we did get like 6 punctures between us all! Project 5 organise rad street jams and if you haven't been to one yet keep your eyes peeled for details on the next one which should be happening sometime in August. Check out the P5 myspace at;

Wearing a helmet whilst riding is something I can not emphasize enough, if I wasn't wearing one I wouldn't be typing this blog entry and sharing my story with you.
